NOW HIRING: Office Assistant (Onsite | Palm Harbor, FL)
TempExperts is partnering with a modern, upscale showroom seeking a polished and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations, customer interactions, and light showroom coordination. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for administrative professionals who enjoy variety, customer engagement, and being the organizational backbone of a small, supportive team.

- What youll be doing: Welcoming and assisting visitors in the showroom
- Answering and routing phone calls professionally
- Processing invoices, receipts, statements, and daily deposits
- Handling credit card transactions and bank deposits
- Following up on late payments and tracking hardware loans
- Maintaining organized filing systems and light showroom upkeep
- Posting weekly social media content (training provided)
- Assisting with website updates and general sales support
- What were looking for: Previous administrative or office assistant experience
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfort working with varied tasks in a customer-facing environment
