NOW HIRING: Office Assistant (Onsite | Palm Harbor, FL)

TempExperts is partnering with a modern, upscale showroom seeking a polished and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations, customer interactions, and light showroom coordination. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for administrative professionals who enjoy variety, customer engagement, and being the organizational backbone of a small, supportive team.

  • What youll be doing: Welcoming and assisting visitors in the showroom
  • Answering and routing phone calls professionally
  • Processing invoices, receipts, statements, and daily deposits
  • Handling credit card transactions and bank deposits
  • Following up on late payments and tracking hardware loans
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and light showroom upkeep
  • Posting weekly social media content (training provided)
  • Assisting with website updates and general sales support
  • What were looking for: Previous administrative or office assistant experience
  • Construction industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfort working with varied tasks in a customer-facing environment
