What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions that make sense for their situation. You'll work with agency-provided leads, build relationships through consistent follow-up, and present insurance options in a way that's easy for clients to understand.

A large part of your success will come from converting opportunities into new business while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll also look for ways to strengthen client relationships at renewal time by identifying coverage gaps, policy improvements, and potential savings opportunities.

Throughout the process, you'll keep detailed records of client interactions, collaborate closely with our service team to ensure a seamless customer experience, and actively participate in training and team development initiatives designed to help you grow your skills and income.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development preferred.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain licenses with our support.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and earn trust.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and asking for the sale.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Driven, goal-focused, and motivated by performance.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and able to learn agency technology quickly.
