Location: Greeley, CO

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

A health insurance agency is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support company leadership and help drive daily operations! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, bringing creative ideas to the table, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, set up meetings, and oversee email inboxes
Plan and coordinate client, vendor, and company events, including invitations, logistics, and follow-up
Draft and distribute professional communications, letters, email campaigns, and text message campaigns
Maintain client and vendor relationships by providing timely follow-up and exceptional service
Manage CRM records (Agent Pipeline), create and track tasks, and maintain leadership partner sites
Provide basic technology support, including email troubleshooting, signature updates, and Google Workspace administration

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative, Marketing, Sales Support, and/or Event Planning roles
Strong written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
