This role partners with our Specialized Recruiting Group as they serve our client companies through selection and placement of well qualified local professionals in Accounting, Engineering and Senior Leadership roles. Use tools like indeed, LinkedIn, Google, and our own applicant tracking system to perform recruiting based activities across Central Illinois. Conduct professional first interviews and prepare selected finalists for client based follow-up. Attend local career fairs and become the expert on graduating professionals at area universities. Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
