Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing your clinical skills to tailor interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs, strengths, and circumstances of each patient.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals and groups, fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages openness and healing.

• Continuously assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.

• Lead therapeutic sessions and provide crisis intervention as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and make referrals to specialists when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on supporting diverse clients who are facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, facilitating therapeutic interventions that aim to strengthen their relationships and promote emotional well-being. The clients may include those coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and more, particularly seeking help in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Strong foundation in various therapeutic techniques, especially for addressing addiction issues.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional counseling and therapeutic skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your caseload and relevant experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
