This remote role is designed for flexibility, allowing you to create your own schedule while adhering to standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging, one-on-one video therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet each client's individual needs.

• Encourage clients to share their thoughts and emotions, facilitating deeper self-understanding and fostering constructive dialogue about their experiences and relationships.

• Act as a dedicated advocate for your clients, assisting them in identifying and setting personal goals aligned with their therapeutic journey.

• Analyze client mental health conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans that are implemented through a solution-focused lens.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client sessions and progress in compliance with telehealth regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults who present with low-acuity mental health issues. By utilizing effective communication and therapeutic techniques, you will assist them in overcoming emotional and psychological barriers, ultimately supporting them in their pursuit of a fulfilling life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent mental health license, such as: \n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of clients managed. This position also includes a monthly healthcare stipend that reflects our commitment to supporting our counselors' well-being.
