Sales Development Representative

Job Title Sales Development Representative Location & Travel Scottsdale, Arizona, United States – No travel required. Hybrid work model, office 4x a week (Mon-Thu). Responsibilities Own and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly revenue targets. Proactively manage and grow 400+ existing professional accounts using a virtual sales model (calls, SMS, email, video) to hit core KPIs and commercial business objectives. Consultative and value‑based selling: answer complex product questions from clinicians, providing data‑driven recommendations that increase average order value and brand loyalty. Conduct high‑volume targeted outbound “success calls” to introduce new product launches, pitch revised protocols, and upsell continuing education courses. Develop and maintain strong revenue‑generating relationships with customers, acting as a trusted business advisor to help scale their practices. Leverage advanced training and skin‑care expertise as a sales tool, inspiring licensed professionals to participate in education that drives product utilization. Meticulously document all customer interactions within C4C/Service Cloud to maintain a seamless, data‑driven 360‑degree view of the account portfolio. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales (experience in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry is a major plus). Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM software (SAP C4C/Service Cloud or Salesforce), and virtual meeting tools. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to better support a diverse professional customer base. High motivation to hit numbers, overcome objections, and find hidden revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Outgoing, credible, and friendly, with a natural ability to build fast rapport and establish trust with medical professionals and clinicians. Resilient, multi‑tasking professional who takes absolute ownership of portfolio goals while thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value and command attention within the first 30 seconds of a call. Resilient and adaptable, viewing objections as challenges rather than dead ends. Highly organized with strong time‑management skills to balance high‑volume outbound calling with administrative accuracy and follow‑through. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $52,800.00 - $72,000.00 USD, plus sales incentive pay. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching (subject to eligibility). Minimum 15 vacation/PTO days (120 hours for hourly employees), 13 paid holidays, and paid sick leave per local laws.
