Sales Development Representative - Scottsdale, AZ

Responsibilities Revenue & Target Ownership: Own and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly revenue targets, driving product portfolio growth and velocity for predictable revenue generation. Portfolio Expansion & Retention: Proactively manage and grow 400+ existing professional accounts using virtual sales channels (calls, SMS, email, video) to hit core KPIs and commercial objectives. Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Answer complex product questions from clinicians with data‑driven recommendations to increase average order value and brand loyalty. Proactive Sales Outreach: Conduct high‑volume, targeted outbound "success calls" to introduce new product launches, pitch revised protocols, and upsell continuing education courses. Commercial Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, revenue‑generating relationships with customers, acting as a trusted business advisor to scale their practices. Education Advocacy: Leverage advanced training and skin‑care expertise to inspire licensed professionals to participate in education that drives product utilization. CRM Integrity: Meticulously document all customer interactions within C4C/Service Cloud to maintain a seamless, data‑driven 360‑degree view of the account portfolio. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales (experience in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry is a major plus). Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM software (SAP C4C/Service Cloud or Salesforce), and virtual meeting tools. Bachelor’s degree or Licensed Esthetician credential (preferred). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. High organization, time‑management, and ability to balance outbound calling with administrative accuracy. Resilient, adaptable, and able to view objections as a puzzle to solve. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $52,800.00 – $72,000.00 USD + sales incentive pay. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.
