As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment and machinery are running properly. You will be solving problems, repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of systems and equipment within our warehouses. Whether it's helping to keep our conveyor systems running or ensuring that our climate control systems function flawlessly. You'll work closely with a supportive team that values collaboration and communication. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Respond swiftly to maintenance requests from team members and management. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanics is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems - such as, conveyor systems and components, Shanklin wrappers, pallet stretch wrappers Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn Ability to stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, and twist throughout an 8 to 10 hours shift. Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment (if it's hot out, it's hot inside...) Pay, Shift, & Location Pay: ranges from $24.50/hr to $27.00/hr depending on prior experience Shift : 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed.
