Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges and strengths, allowing you to tailor evidence-based treatment plans providing them the best chance for success.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities based on the clients' needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress through consistent evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Provide teletherapy options ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring that each client's progress is well-documented and tracked.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and workshops, fostering continuous growth in your practice and services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults, adolescents, and children facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid mental health license in New York State (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000–100,000 based on your experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits include:
