An education network in New York City is actively seeking a new System Administrator to join their growing team in Manhattan.
About the Opportunity:- Assignment Length: 6+ months
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Triage and resolve ServiceNow requests
- Provide systems support for various platforms
- Act as an escalation point for IT issues
- Troubleshoot SSO, MFA, and user access issues
- Participate in project work and security initiatives
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Degree in a related field
- Certifications (if any)
- Google Workspace experience
- MacOS troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work on a hybrid schedule
- 1+ years of Okta/SSO experience
- Google Workspace proficiency
