Salesforce Senior Business Consultant

Leading the delivery of high-quality Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions, the full-time Salesforce Senior Business Consultant will manage client relationships, translate business needs into requirements, and guide project teams to successful outcomes. Key responsibilities Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery Write user stories and lead discovery sessions to translate client business challenges into actionable solutions Provide leadership throughout project lifecycles, ensuring requirements are met and client satisfaction is maintained Required qualifications Minimum of three years of hands-on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud consulting experience Active Salesforce Administrator certification, with additional Service Cloud or Consultant certifications preferred Strong hands-on skills in flows, approvals, and case and opportunity configuration Experience in leading workshops, requirement sessions, and client training Resourceful problem solver with the ability to execute Solution Architect designs with minimal oversight
