Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, establishing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policy through timely updates of diagnosis, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions both in-person and via telehealth platforms.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients and collaborating with colleagues to fulfill our mission of improving community mental health.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and modalities that resonate with clients, enhancing their ability to meet and exceed therapeutic goals.

• Engage in cooperation with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Micro Precision Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your role involves addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
