Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions using video conferencing tools to ensure a supportive and engaging client experience.

• Employing solution-focused therapy modalities tailored to address the unique needs of each client, assisting them in identifying actionable steps toward their mental wellness.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate client-specific insights, therapeutic goals, and progress monitoring.

• Facilitating meaningful therapeutic conversations that help clients explore their emotions, relationships, and behaviors, fostering greater self-awareness and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Your role will focus on empowering clients to develop skills for improved emotional regulation, anxiety management, relationship issues, and overall betterment in their day-to-day lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess one of the following licenses, which allows you to practice independently without supervision: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

• Exhibit strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly in using virtual platforms for therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient therapy settings, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities will be advantageous as you engage with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, dependent on your specific working hours. Additional perks include:
