Inside Sales Manager

Generating and converting high-value commercial opportunities, the full-time Inside Sales and Marketing Manager will independently manage the sales cycle, execute targeted lead generation campaigns, and maintain CRM systems while working remotely in a fast-paced clinical research environment. Key responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to identify and convert prospects into revenue-generating engagements Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate records and generate reports on pipeline activity Design and execute lead generation campaigns and manage digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn and the company website Required qualifications Results-driven inside sales execution with strong pipeline management discipline Scientific literacy with the ability to translate complex information into compelling messaging Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years of B2B inside sales or marketing experience in life sciences or clinical research Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot
