Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all new patients, employing standardized tools to evaluate psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address not only substance use disorders but also co-occurring psychiatric conditions, adapting approaches based on patient feedback and progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with external behavioral health treatment facilities to facilitate continuity of care, ensuring seamless transitions for patients requiring specialized services.

• Utilize data-driven methodologies to identify and propose improvements to existing treatment protocols, aiming to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals navigating the complexities of substance use disorders, including those facing concomitant mental health issues. You will work with a broad range of patients in varying stages of recovery, employing empathetic listening and motivational interviewing techniques to engage them in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A proven track record of at least two years of relevant clinical experience in a collaborative team setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions and the ability to apply these methods effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, coupled with a talent for building trusting relationships with patients and colleagues.
