Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Horizon Healthcare Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaboratively developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilizing established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide treatment.

• Educating and supporting clients and their families on managing mood disorders, treatment options, and healthy self-care practices.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration, partnering with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.

• Staying informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously refine therapeutic strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
