C/W-Contract Administrator - Professional

Contractor Position Contractor will perform a wide range of duties to support the teams Business Affairs, Legal Affairs, and Finance teams, including project tracking, processing of payroll documentation, and authorizing payments. Key Qualifications 2+ years in production payroll, business affairs administration, or contract administration at a major studio/network or streaming service. Experience reviewing and analyzing television, film and/or new media agreements. Curiosity and eagerness to tackle additional projects as needed and proactively identify areas of opportunity. Excellent organization and tracking skills. Solid understanding of the payroll process, including experience with Entertainment Partners, payroll documentation, and above-the-line union labor agreements (DGA, WGA, SAG-AFTRA). Ability to organize and prioritize a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and efficiently. High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals and highly confidential information. Strong analytical and communication skills.
