Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional needs, synthesizing information to inform treatment plans.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a blend of traditional and alternative therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver high-quality remote counseling sessions to individual clients, couples, families, and groups, adjusting dynamics to meet the varied needs of different client structures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes are documented in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development—attending workshops or webinars—to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive client care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing diverse challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population encompasses individuals at varying life stages and backgrounds, from young adults to seniors, ensuring that as a counselor, you will continuously encounter a rich variety of experiences that deepen your skill set and expertise. As a mental health counselor, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through difficult transitions—be it coping with chronic illnesses or navigating life changes such as loss, relational conflicts, or stress management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related disciplines.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Demonstrated superior communication abilities, both in articulating ideas clearly and in effective listening to foster therapeutic alliances.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
