Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To join our team, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Licensed or license-eligible in Washington as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Active registration with the appropriate professional body and current professional liability insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation for our Licensed Mental Health Counselors, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 based on experience and performance.
