Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate pre-crisis and crisis planning by creating risk assessments, positive behavior plans, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner to comply with regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team.

• Actively engage with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans, enhancing client outcomes.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to ensure cohesive care and resource availability for clients.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating accountability and commitment to quality standards.

• Network and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to secure new alliances and funding sources.

• Enhance professional growth by attending relevant conferences and participating in statewide meetings and committees.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director based on organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals seeking mental health support to those recovering from substance use disorders and those dealing with developmental disabilities. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each of these populations will be essential in providing effective therapeutic interventions and fostering a therapeutic alliance with each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Must hold an independent LMHC license recognized by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
