What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care to adult and geriatric oncology patients, primarily with acute leukemia
• Administer chemotherapy and blood products following strict protocols
• Monitor patient conditions using telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Manage IV therapy, PICC lines, central lines, and feeding tubes
• Support infection prevention and fall prevention protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using EPIC electronic charting
• Assess and respond to rapid response team calls and patient needs
• Document care accurately and ensure patient safety at all times

What You Need

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and ONS Chemo Certification (required)
• At least 2 years of inpatient RN experience, specifically in hematology/oncology
• Proficiency with MS/Tele and telemetry monitoring
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage IV lines and blood products
• Experience with PICC line and peripheral line care is preferred
