Job Description Overview We are seeking a Project Assistant Energy - Remote. This remote position is located out of our Oak Ridge, TN office. Your role
- Provides administrative support to Programs and Projects within the Commercial Nuclear organization using standard office equipment, corporate systems, processes, policies and procedures.
- Performs document/procedure preparation, record keeping, organizing and distributing project information.
- Composes correspondence and reports.
- Proofs and edits documents as necessary.
- Maintains correspondence control logs.
- Schedules appointments and meetings.
- Prepares meeting minutes, action logs, letters and other types of written material.
- Completes word processing for projects, including specifications, reports, white papers and calculations.
- Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheets as required.
- Performs setup for visitor/customer visits and plans special events as directed by management.
- Maintains project SharePoint sites.
- Prepares purchase requisitions.
- Develop/maintain onboarding packages and checklists for new staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years administrative experience.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Substantial computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Experience with highly-regulated environments having significant security, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
- Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered.
