Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health.

• Provide psychoeducation and crisis intervention, offering strategies and support to clients and their families to manage immediate mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care that best supports client well-being.

• Systematically maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and adapting plans as necessary in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous education through training sessions, workshops, and supervision, keeping abreast of current research and best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field, such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, is required.

• An active and independent LPC license issued by the state of Oregon is mandatory to practice in this role.
