Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' needs, assessing physical abilities, weaknesses, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and physical modalities tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, utilizing data to adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on specific home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and valuable lifestyle modifications that enhance recovery.
• Remain updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, integrating innovative techniques into your care delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and improve patients' functional abilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility specializes in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, age-related musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain management. You will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, including athletes, active adults, and seniors, all requiring focused therapeutic interventions to return to their daily activities. Your role as a PT will not only be to rehabilitate but also to inspire your patients to achieve their personal health goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy, ideally with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
• Strong dedication to providing patient-centered care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation facility, particularly within orthopedic care.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques such as Functional Movement Screening and Dry Needling.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment with shared treatment goals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
