Our team, which includes two skilled physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for patient recovery and rehabilitation.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Toms River office, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office is designed for efficiency and comfort, providing a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff. As part of our healthcare team, you will collaborate closely with fellow professionals to enhance patient experiences and outcomes, thus contributing to the seamless operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' objectives and physical limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that include diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Deliver targeted treatments, ensuring effective management of a caseload of one patient per hour.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective therapies that enhance patients' mobility and function.
• Document patient progress meticulously to adhere to healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Facilitate regular follow-ups and alter treatment plans based on patient feedback and observed progress.
• Educate patients on wellness practices and preventive strategies, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize comprehensive care and support patient recovery.

This role allows you to engage with a varied demographic, ranging from active individuals recovering from sports injuries to adults seeking rehabilitation after surgical procedures. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proven competency in manual therapy techniques and the application of treatment modalities.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• A history of developing and implementing exercise regimens to improve patient outcomes.
• A background in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
