Accounts Receivable Collection SpecialistThe Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist is responsible for depositing and posting daily accounts receivable receipts.Essential Functions:Deposit daily A/R receiptsMonitoring and contacting customers to discuss debt and encourage timely paymentsAccurately post customers' paymentsManaging and reporting historical records of account status and collection operations.Process and post ACH PaymentsProcess adjustments & write-offs to customer accountsAnswer customer questions regarding their accountsSupervisory Responsibility: NoneWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.Physical Demands:Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods of time.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position. Days expected to work are Monday – Friday; 40 hours. There is flexibility in schedule of 7-4 or 8-5.
