Controller - Fresno, CA $115,000 - $130,000 + Benefits Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno, is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting and finance function. This Controller position offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and provide financial insights that support business growth and profitability. Compensation & Benefits: * $115,000 - $130,000 annual salary * Comprehensive benefits package * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Stable company with long-term growth potential Responsibilities: * Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities * Manage inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting processes * Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls * Coordinate year-end audits and tax-related activities * Develop and improve accounting procedures and reporting processes * Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations * Supervise and mentor accounting staff Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities * Manufacturing accounting experience required
