Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, and solution-focused therapy, ensuring the application of best practices in all patient interactions.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team—consisting of psychologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals—within the Community Health Clinic model to support integrated care for our patients.

• Regularly evaluate patient responses to treatment, making data-informed modifications to strategies and goals, whether via telehealth sessions or in-person meetings.

• Assist in the administration of psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and discussing treatment effectiveness with patients in collaboration with prescribing medical providers.

Qualifications\n
