Claims Coordinator

Description Job Summary: A Claims Coordinator manages the insurance claims process from start to finish. They submit claims, track progress with adjusters, keep accurate records, and update clients. They act as the main contact between the client and the insurance carrier. Great Benefits Package Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching, Paid time off, Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Insurance Seasonal Half-Day Fridays Growth Opportunities Mission-Driven Work People-First Culture Key Responsibilities Submit claims accurately and on time Monitor and respond to claim-related emails Collect information needed for claims and assist adjusters Keep clients informed with updates and next steps Answer claim questions promptly Maintain detailed and accurate claim records Escalate complex or high-value claims to senior staff Help track and maintain loss run reports Position Requirements 1-3 years of commercial insurance experience and/or commercial claim experience, either company or agency level 2+ years proven customer service interaction and problem solving P&C Insurance License Commitment to Claim Designation preferred Strong independent judgment with excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in commercial insurance policies and the full claims process. About the Organization Dimond Bros.
