Customer Service Manager

Accountabilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in customer service leadership, team management, and operational improvement. Required qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing teams and building a collaborative, customer-centric culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, e-commerce, fashion, or product-based industries is preferred.
