As a Security Officer Reception Desk in New Rochelle, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a residential location, where you will welcome residents and guests, monitor access points, and support a professional, well-managed environment. This stationary role combines strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service while helping with security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.64 - $17.64 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, front desk policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the residential location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials and/or guest permissions, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Answer phones, manage the front desk area, and complete reports, logs, and other documentation related to security-related activities and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
