Medical Receptionist

Seeking Full-time, eager Medical Receptionist for our growing Allergy & Immunology group practice. This position is primarily in our Bingham Farms location. May also be scheduled in Novi location. Our general hours are 830-5. Currently closed on weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner both in office and over the phone. Excellent communication skills with patients, as well as physicians and coworkers. Scheduling appointments - fast and accurate keyboarding Checking patients in and out during physician visits. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a team setting Scanning and general office duties Knowledge of insurance carriers and medical background is a plus, but we are also willing to train candidates with a great customer service background. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
