Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic examinations and short-term psychotherapy. This encompasses case management, treatment planning, and therapy delivered to individuals, families, and groups.

• Facilitate a range of therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management, and couples counseling.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to conduct diagnostic evaluations and determine appropriate treatment plans under the guidance of psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Participate in Intensive Outpatient Programs while ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for patients.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to devise and implement effective treatment strategies, contributing to evaluations, treatment planning, and team decision-making.

• Maintain compliance with all organizational, state, and federal guidelines relating to patient care and clinical documentation.
\n
• Engage with patients to gather vital information, ensuring that all communications adhere to confidentiality protocols and are conducted with member approval.

• Take part in clinical team meetings, contributing to departmental planning and quality management activities.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current LMFT license valid in the state of Florida or a Psy.D.

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience, a minimum of 2 years, in providing psychotherapy services within diverse clinical settings.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies relevant to marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
