Real Estate management firm based in Greenwich is looking for an Office Administrator to provide support to the general office functions as well as handle some billing and client communications.

  • Handle phone communications, including responding to requests and taking messages
  • Communicate with property manager regarding updates and requests
  • Filing documents
  • Booking travel arrangements, running errands for the owner
  • Light bookkeeping, including managing bills and communicating with accounting firm
  • Processing bills and statements in QuickBooks
