HR Manager

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years’ HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to facilitate discussions and/or present to large groups Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization Ability to travel at short notice and regularly, up to 25%, to operational sites Ability to walk through large facilities and navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and noisy operational areas Ability to work flexible hours for urgent employee relations matters or time-sensitive investigations Strong visual and auditory acuity Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Human Resource functions, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws while effectively collaborating with leadership to align organizational culture and performance with business objectives.
