Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to various client demographics.

• Engaging clients in meaningful therapeutic sessions, adapting your approach as needed to foster their emotional and psychological growth.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that enhance client well-being.

• Participating in ongoing professional development workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will primarily benefit individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, substance use disorders, and interpersonal difficulties. Your role is essential in reducing barriers to access and providing quality mental health care to those who may otherwise lack support.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
