Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family counseling sessions tailored to unique situations, including but not limited to issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, family conflicts, and adjustment challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in developing coping strategies and improving communication skills.

• Facilitating therapeutic groups and workshops that target specific family dynamics and relationship issues.

• Assessing client needs through comprehensive evaluations and creating customized treatment plans that promote wellness and emotional growth.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Qualifications\n
