Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intakes, assessments, and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and establish treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide personalized and effective psychotherapy.

• Document client sessions meticulously to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals while providing ongoing support and guidance.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share resources, and contribute to a collective approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD, ensuring the ability to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• A clean record without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

• Proven experience with intake assessments, diagnostic processes, and treatment planning.

• Strong written communication skills for comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults in a community health or clinical setting.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral techniques and other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, employees are also eligible for a sign-on bonus and health insurance stipend based on qualifying criteria. Other benefits include:
