Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status to identify key issues and establish effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using a variety of modalities tailored to each client's needs, leveraging techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly set therapeutic goals, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment approaches to optimize outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges, while maintaining a safe and confidential virtual space.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population at our detox center often experiences a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license in one of the following areas: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster an empathic therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A non-judgmental attitude, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While a background in general mental health counseling is valuable, preference will be given to candidates with experience in substance abuse treatment, trauma-informed care, or dual diagnosis clients. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic practices is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
