Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, then develop tailored treatment plans that reflect both client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services using a variety of techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, and family systems therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists to implement a comprehensive care plan for clients, ensuring holistic support and continuity of care for those in need.

• Provide effective crisis intervention when clients are in acute distress, applying your expertise to de-escalate critical situations and connect them with necessary resources.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma associated with mental health issues, and providing educational resources to the public.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role emphasizes cultural competence, as understanding the unique experiences of each client is crucial to their treatment and recovery. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Demonstrated ability to establish strong rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence, ensuring thoughtful and personalized care for all clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage time efficiently, which includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting is highly valued, particularly in providing remote therapy services.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred to enhance service delivery and documentation processes.
