Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health challenges and personal strengths, leading to tailored treatment interventions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-informed therapies.

• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and other therapists to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when clients are in immediate distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and accountability.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops and support groups to enhance therapeutic engagement and improve clients’ coping strategies.

Qualifications\n
