Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique objectives, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including structural family therapy, strategic therapy, and narrative therapy to address the complexities of family dynamics.

• Implement evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate for client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and recovery process.

• Monitor client progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the documentation and management of client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
