Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of remote work, providing flexibility and allowing you to create a comfortable space from which to support clients. While most of your interactions will occur virtually, you will be part of a collaborative team that meets regularly to discuss cases, share insights, and continuously improve our service delivery. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., facilitating a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively guiding clients through their journey towards mental wellness.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, outlining treatment options and promoting self-care practices to empower them in their recovery process.

• Monitor client progress meticulously and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and observed outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a seamless integrated care approach, enhancing the overall effectiveness of treatment.

Your work will center around individuals facing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. In addition, you will provide support to underserved populations, including those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Your expertise will greatly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes and promoting resilience within these vulnerable communities.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
