Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, identifying their needs, strengths, and challenges, and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address mental health issues and enhance coping strategies for your clients.

• Regularly updating clinical documentation to maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely communication with interdisciplinary teams during patient rounds.

• Collaborating with community resources and healthcare professionals to coordinate case management services, addressing complex needs collaboratively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse outpatient client base, focusing on individuals struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will align with the unique needs of each client, utilizing culturally competent care standards. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.

• The ability to work up to 40 hours a week, including some flexible scheduling options to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in therapeutic modalities or specialized areas, such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, or family therapy, will be prioritized. Experience with telehealth delivery systems and familiarity with various mental health assessment tools is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n
