Staff Accountant/bookkeeper

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Staff Accountant located in Hayden, ID. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing regular accounting & bookkeeping tasks, assisting with payroll, tax return preparation and other general administration. This could work into a full time position. Qualifications Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation Proficiency in the use of accounting software including QuickBooks, data analysis tools, and spreadsheets. Ultra Tax is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry Skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and financial decision-making Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with team members Strong written and verbal communication skills At least an associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred) Relevant accounting certifications CPA, EA and QuickBooks Certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
