We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out. 3 pm-11 pm days will vary on weekends, and will rotate. We are also looking for 7 am-3 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

$12 - $13 hourly

• Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel systems
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
• Answer phone calls and respond to guests' needs promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures

• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
