Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of new clients to tailor individual therapy strategies that align with their unique psychological needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy—to clients in various formats, including one-on-one sessions, groups, and family settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care across the spectrum of mental health services.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and upholding the highest professional integrity.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
