Job Opportunity: Director of Nursing
Our organization is currently looking for a Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations at our skilled nursing facility located in Exeter, NH. This leadership position is essential for promoting resident-centered and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel and ensure effective care delivery for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents.
- Drive initiatives focused on quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage staffing, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is an on-site leadership role that requires active engagement with staff and residents in a dynamic healthcare environment.
