Ocean Import Coordinator – Atlanta, GA$65,000 – $70,000 | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm | Office BasedWhat You'll Be DoingManage end-to-end Ocean Import shipments, from arrival through customs clearance and final delivery.Coordinate with ocean carriers, customs brokers, trucking providers and customers.Manage bills of lading, commercial invoices, import documentation and shipment records.Track cargo, resolve exceptions and proactively communicate with customers.Ensure shipments comply with applicable customs and import regulations.Maintain accurate shipment and billing information within logistics systems.Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced freight-forwarding environment.What We're Looking ForSolid experience in Ocean Freight / Ocean Import within freight forwarding or logistics.Strong knowledge of US import processes and customs documentation.Experience working with freight-forwarding systems; CargoWise experience would be highly advantageous.Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-through.Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with customers, carriers and internal teams.Someone who enjoys problem-solving and taking ownership from shipment booking through to delivery.Why Consider This Opportunity?$65K-$70K salaryStable Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm scheduleFully office-based role in AtlantaOpportunity to work within a large, international logistics organisationExposure to global customers, carriers and complex supply chainsExcellent platform for long-term career development within freight forwardingCollaborative, professional environment with opportunities to broaden your logistics expertiseIf you have strong Ocean Import experience and want to build your career with a genuinely global logistics organisation, we'd like to hear from you.WR Logistics are a leading recruitment partner for the logistics and supply chain industry, recruiting across the UK, Europe, and the USA for permanent opportunities.WR Logistics is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
